Lagrange Layaway Plan
• All items EXCEPT FOR CLOSEOUT merchandise can be put on layaway.
• Multiple items can be placed on layaway.
• Twenty percent of the total is to be paid up front which includes shipping charges ($60 on a $300 total).
• Item(s) are to be paid within a 90 day period, paying every two weeks - 12 weeks - 6 payments.
• Minimum payment is 10 percent.
• Payments can be made via cash or charge card with option of having charge card on file for routine payment withdrawal.
• No cash refunds, store credit only.
• If a payment is missed the item will automatically go back into stock, no exceptions!
• Payments are due every two weeks from the day the item(s) is placed on layaway.

SIZE CHART FOR BOOTS AND BELTS

CORRECT BOOT FIT- When standing, your large toe should be one thumbnail from the tip of the boot. Heel slippage is natural. After wear slippage will lessen as your heel will tighten.

Women's boots run true to a normal ladies shoe size.
CORRECT BELT FIT- The best way to tell what size to buy in our belts is to take a tape measure thru the loops of jeans or pants that you most likely will be wearing, and measure to where it meets. It is best to then add approximately 3 inches to get your correct fit.

SHIPPING
Merchandise is normally mailed within 24 hours of receiving the order. We mail via United States Postal Service Priority Mail which is a 2-3 day business day delivery service. Once the order is processed via email from USPS.com, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours. Your credit card will not be charged until time of shipment. You will receive a separate email request for your credit card security code. Should an item be unavailable or delayed, you will be advised at the time of your order via email/mail/phone.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Unworn merchandise is returnable for refund within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment. Sorry, postage and handling charges are not refundable on returns. Please note: credit will appear on your bill within 1-2 billing cycles.

When returning merchandise, please include a clear copy of the original receipt placed in original packaging. Send the package prepaid, via UPS, Federal Express, or US PRIORITY MAIL. Enclose a note stating what you would like to do along with your return mailing address, email, and phone number.

Please Note: Closeout merchandise is a final sale unless returned within 7 days of receipt due to the low price.
